1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unopened: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email must be provided as proof of purchase.
Please Note: We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@energizebina.com or call (610) 584-0234 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage during return shipping. All returns must be sent back to the following address:

Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team at info@energizebina.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, we will issue an invoice for the price difference, which can be paid before the exchange is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@energizebina.com or (610) 584-0234. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Gift Cards: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sale Items: Products purchased as part of a sale or with a significant discount may not be eligible for returns.
- Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized to your specifications are not eligible for return.
